Since its inception in 1998, the Shepherd Alliance, which evolved into the Shepherd Higher Education Consortium on Poverty (SHECP), has provided academic and internship opportunities for more than 1,600 undergraduate students of its member schools.

SHECP Alumni are encouraged to stay involved with the organization so that future generations can also access the life-changing and community-based experiences it facilitates.

There are a variety of ways for Alumni to engage with SHECP’s future, and projects will be posted here for their consideration, including:

Programming

  • Professional Insights Series
  • Location-Based Service Projects
  • Mid-Summer Meetings
  • Summer 2021
Communications
  • Slack Channel and LinkedIn Group
  • Alumni Spotlights

Please contact Danielle Breidung, SHECP Alumna and SHECP Strategic/Special Projects Consultant, at [email protected] to get involved, provide feedback, and submit new ideas!
