We are excited to share the successes of our student interns during the SHECP 2022 Summer Internship Program! This year SHECP hosted 81 interns from 17 colleges and universities. Our interns were spread across 55 community partners whose goals and missions focus on anti-poverty work in their respective fields and communities.
With internships in law and business, health and wellness, community and individual services, and education and youth outreach, our interns were able to develop skills across their various levels of interests. Each intern was placed with a living cohort of fellow SHECP interns across 14 locations nationwide where they reached diverse communities with vital resources and assistance alongside our incredible partner agencies.
