James provides specialized insurance and risk management services to a wide variety of business clients. He is part of the Gallagher Insurance, a global insurance broker that provides all forms of insurance to their clients. James has a special expertise in working with social service and faith-based organizations that assist people who are experiencing homelessness and addiction.
Personally, James is passionate about community development and believes neighbors helping neighbors is a key piece of building better communities in disadvantaged areas. He lives near Albany, NY with his wife Tiffany and two daughters.
