Burwell on June 25th, 2015, the day it was handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court. Use the following links to Health Affairs and to the Commonwealth Fund for Professor Jost’s comments on both Chief Justice John Roberts’s opinion for the six-Justice majority and Justice Antonin Scalia’s dissent representing the three Justices who supported the plaintiffs’ case.
